Caroline Williams is a Sr. Developer Technology Specialist for Microsoft. She’s fortunate to live and work in the Pacific Northwest, supporting Microsoft’s customers and partners with regards to ALM, Visual Studio, MSDN and a few other things. Part of the Women in Technology and ALM Rangers communities at Microsoft, Caroline also regularly engages with students and user groups.

Clint Edmonson is an Architect Evangelist in Microsoft’s Central Region, working with aspiring and seasoned architects to understand Microsoft’s latest developer and platform offerings and develop strategic roadmaps for their adoption. His experiences span many industries including utilities, publishing, education, call centers, construction, and beer brewing. He lives in St. Louis, Missouri and is the host of www.notsotrivial.net.

Dave McKinstry |
Dave McKinstry is the ALM practice manager at Imaginet (formally Notion Solutions), Microsoft's 2011 ALM Partner of the Year. He has been leading clients in .NET architecture and development projects since the initial beta release of Visual Studio.NET. After joining Notion Solutions in 2005, Dave has focused on helping teams efficiently build better software using industry best practices and Microsoft’s Visual Studio tools. With over 20 years in the industry, Dave's experiences includes a multitude of platforms and technologies. Dave is currently the leader of the online “Visual Studio ALM User Group” and a speaker at community events. He was one of the first individuals recognized by Microsoft as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Team System and holds multiple certifications from Microsoft and Sun (Oracle).

Dylan Smith |
Dylan Smith is an ALM consultant for Imaginet where he spends his time helping teams become more successful at delivering software. Dylan splits his time between being an Agile coach, helping teams deploy and leverage ALM tooling, and also spends some time doing Application Architecture while he’s at it. Dylan helps run the .Net User Group out of Winnipeg, Canada, and is an active speaker about ALM and developer topics at conferences around North America.

Ed Blankenship |
Ed is the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Practice Technical Lead with Imaginet. His expertise is in the Microsoft Visual Studio ALM family of developer tools including Team Foundation Server in which he has been actively using, managing, and implementing for six years since the beginning of those products in 2005. He has been awarded since 2008 as a Microsoft MVP in Visual Studio ALM, Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio Team System.
As an ALM Consultant, he assists organizations with improving their development lifecycle by suggesting improvements to their processes and implementing Application Lifecycle Management tools to assist with that improvement. By using Visual Studio ALM and Team Foundation Server, customers can immediately see value from their improvements.

Karel Deman |
Karel Deman is a hands on Senior Director in the Avanade UK Application Development practice specialised in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio & Team Foundation Server) with a strong expertise in implementing Agile / Scrum based development processes supporting distributed teams (on shore & off shore) on medium to large-scale .NET based enterprise projects. Karel has performed numerous ALM uplifts one of which was with Confused.com in the UK.

Mike Vincent |
Mike Vincent is a trainer, consultant and agile coach with Accentient based in Orange County, California. He helps clients throughout North America with application lifecycle management, Scrum implementation and solution architecture primarily focusing on Microsoft .NET technology. He has been in the software business for over 24 years in addition to marketing management, construction management and structural engineering positions. Actively involved in the user group community since the early 90s, Mike is a past Vice President and Treasurer of INETA Noram. He is a Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management MVP and Professional Scrum Developer Trainer.

Neno Loje |
Neno Loje is an independent Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) consultant and Team Foundation Server (TFS) specialist. In this role, he has helped many companies set up a team environment and software development process with Visual Studio (VS) and TFS. He strives to find simple and light-weight solutions that make teams and developers more productive in order to achieve the ultimate end goal: delivering customer value though software. Besides ALM, Neno has been involved with software development from different perspectives. His book, "Agile Software Engineering with Visual Studio," is recognized as a de facto guide for teams adopting agile practices; he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and training courses, holds a couple of Microsoft developer and Scrum certifications, and has been awarded by Microsoft as an MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in the Visual Studio ALM space ever since 2006. Neno lives in Hamburg, Germany.

Richad Angus |
Richard Angus is an ALM consultant and trainer based in Brisbane, Queensland. He has worked for a number of organisations, including banks and major international IT Consulting companies such as Unisys where he was involved in small and large scale projects across Australia. He has helped a number of organisations upgrade to TFS from earlier products including a large VSS migration project for a large QLD government department. He is passionate about ALM practices, development and architecture, and currently provides consultancy services to organisations looking to improve their application architecture and development processes. He is currently focusing on TFS integration into SharePoint development and Dynamics AX development environments.
